Wil Smith is the passionate owner and head coach of the Dojo, where he has dedicated 20 years to building better kids. With a focus on fun, ambition, authenticity, and gratitude, Wil has created a thriving Dojo culture. Alongside his wife Samantha and their three children, Dutch, Cash, and Aspen, he fosters a family-focused environment that promotes personal growth and community. Wil's leadership inspires students to go the extra mile and aim high in all aspects of life. He is committed to making a positive impact both within the Dojo and the wider community.

Daniel Lamb
Coach Lamb is an experienced Karate Coach with 26 years of dedicated experience. He holds a 4th degree black belt in American Karate, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has MMA experience. His deep passion for martial arts and unwavering dedication to teaching have made a profound impact on the lives of numerous students. From the moment Coach Lamb steps onto the dojo floor, his infectious enthusiasm and love for the art inspire students of all ages to reach for their full potential.One of the most rewarding aspects of Coach Lamb’s career is witnessing the emotional growth of children under his guidance. He takes immense pride in helping students develop not only their physical skills but also their confidence and ability to overcome fears. Coach Lamb believes in the transformative power of martial arts, fostering discipline, focus, and resilience in young minds.

Whitney Black
Meet Whitney Black, a multifaceted professional who effortlessly balances her roles in karate administration and real estate. As an integral member of a thriving karate school, Whitney excels in managing operations and providing exceptional customer service, and thoroughly enjoys connecting with people on various levels, building strong relationships both personally and professionally. Simultaneously, she leverages her expertise as a real estate agent, guiding clients through successful property transactions and helping them find their dream homes. Outside of work, Whitney cherishes her time spent with her family, friends, and beloved dog. Her versatility, commitment, and dedication to her loved ones make her a valuable asset in both industries.

Zak Moore
Introducing Coach Zak, a dedicated member of the Dojo team for the last 5 years. At 32 years old, Zak brings extensive martial arts experience and over 15 years of coaching expertise.As a loving husband to Alex and proud father of Kinsley and Stella, Zak's connection to the Dojo runs deep. His children have been actively involved since the age of three and love being part of the Dojo family.Zak's true passion lies in the character development that takes place on the mat. The Dojo teaches foundational life lessons that will shape students futures. With the coaches guidance, these lessons become a transformative force in their lives.

Brian Coker
Coach Brian has been with the Dojo since 2012. Brian has trained in Shotokan Karate and American Karate for over 20 years. He spent 9 years as a national karate competitor and was ranked number one in Traditional Forms and Traditional Weapons (his weapon of choice is the bo). He is currently a third degree black belt. Brian lives in the Flowery Branch area with his wife and two kids. Both of his kids are in the Black Belt Prep class and can be found at the Dojo almost as much as Brian.

Scott Lee
Scott Lee, a valued member of The Dojo has been with us since the age of 4, growing up with us and embodying our mission to build better kids. With a second-degree black belt earned through 15 years of devoted karate practice, Scott is a symbol of discipline and resilience. Beyond his martial arts accomplishments, Scott finds joy in time spent with his close-knit family, consisting of six younger siblings. Alongside his dedication to karate, he has a passion for working on and building everything from computers to cars, constantly expanding his knowledge in these fields. Scott Lee's genuine calling is in leadership and leaving a lasting, positive impact on others. The most fulfilling part of his role at The Dojo is witnessing the remarkable growth and increased self-confidence of the students he coaches.
